RUMFORD — A dozen women Wednesday participated in the 29th once-a-year National Senior Overall health & Fitness Day, the nation’s biggest older grownup well being and wellness celebration.
The women of all ages did a one-mile stroll at the Hosmer Complex, becoming a member of far more than 100,000 predicted to participate at 1,000-furthermore locations throughout the country, according to the National Senior Overall health & Fitness Working day internet site.
